📢CSAS Hosts EU Project Management and Reporting Training Workshop 📢
On May 27th, the Climate Smart Agrifood Systems (CSAS) project successfully organized a virtual workshop focused on EU project management and reporting. The two-hour session, attended by participants from diverse backgrounds, was designed to equip attendees with essential knowledge on managing and reporting EU-funded projects. The event began with a warm welcome and an introduction to the project, followed by discussions on working collaboratively within a consortium. Participants were also guided on navigating the EU portal, managing funds and budgets, and reporting efficiently. Real-life examples from other intra-mobility projects provided practical insights into effective project management. The distinguished lineup of speakers included Prof. Christopher Tankou (Coordinator), Assoc. Prof. Ioannis Dimitriou, Mr. Hallvard Wie, and Dr. Geir Löe. Facilitated by Dr. Emelie Zonabend König, the workshop fostered interactive discussions and provided ample opportunities for questions and feedback from attendees. This workshop, funded by the Intra-Africa Academic Mobility Scheme of the European Union, reflects CSAS’s commitment to enhancing capacity in managing EU projects while fostering collaboration and innovation in the agrifood sector.
